Our Policies

At Empress Beautique, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. LATE CANCELLATION

Things happen, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or send us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment your deposit will be lost.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be courteous to the staff at Empress Beautique and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late a £5 late fee will be applied, we also may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know as soon as possible so we can minimise any disruption to other customers.

DEPOSIT

Please note that when making a booking, a non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure it. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment
